With baited breath, fingertips trace
constellations across bare skin
his silence is religious prayer…
backdrop to her fevered pleas…
desperately, she’d decree, but her words are muffled… so her hips beckon
Ropes pulled tight, against her frame and weight
a slow burn caress, a deliberate, climb
now she will earnestly confess…
what genuinely she implores…
to loose herself from ties… not lost, but no more need for reason or rhyme
His mouth, cruel desire commands
coaxing secrets from her spine
the silence finally breaks…
a gasp, a moan, a sigh…
each kiss is renewed torture… each touch, that much more divine
Tip to lips, he threatens to enter the shrine
the tides pull them relentlessly deep
sweat-streaked, trembling…
nothing left to hide…
where craving and madness meet… together, light and dark bleed
To play together, becoming infinitely complete
crossing the edge to something more
where bodies don’t matter…
because minds’ set free…
unmasked, unbarred, forever… no closed windows or locked doors
To truly worship each other, fiercely, evermore
the highest note, two hearts can ever sing
so much more than bare flesh exposed…
essences unguarded with no tethers…
souls like two feathers… as love takes wing… and two become as one
